Here at the Rivet Education we see ourselves more than just a company. Our close-knit team of consultants and admin staff across all 3 of our companies (Rivet Education, Rivet Tech and Rivet Care) has become more of a supportive family over the years than a functioning corporate machine, which has led to all 3 companies being referred to as the “Rivet family”.
We’re always on the lookout for dedicated, talented people to join our expanding team.

Using our knowledge and expertise we’re able to match the right teacher to the right school every time ensuring smiles all round!

Leaders
We are dedicated in supporting school leaders and those in centralized MAT roles with finding the right school for them. In addition to this, we’re also able to provide discounted safer recruitment training – required for those recruiting within schools – to those registered with either agency.
Teachers
Searching for a teaching role? You are in the right place! We work with schools across the London and are able to offer both permanent and supply teaching roles. Choosing us as your agency also gives you access to free and discounted training opportunities and invites to events throughout the year.

Teaching Assistants
Teaching assistants provide invaluable support within the classroom which is why we try our very best to assist them in finding work in a school they’ll love. Moreover, we’re able to offer all those who register with us access to resources to support with their job search and life in the classroom once they’ve secured a role.
SEN Teachers & TAs
We are proud to support a number of SEN schools in the London with both their teaching and classroom support staff. The settings support children with a variety of needs which including physical, emotional and behavioral needs. Teaching staff looking for work in special needs schools also have the opportunity to gain a Team Teach qualification while working with us – a qualification required by most special needs schools and residential settings.

Cover Supervisors
Did you know that if you have a degree and some experience working with children you could be a cover supervisor? The role involves you supervising a class while they complete their work and is a great starting point for anyone considering undertaking a PGCE. We even offer cover supervisor training to help you feel confident in the classroom.
Nursery Nurses
We support a number of London based nurseries with their staffing and recruit nursery nurses, room leaders and managers. We also offer all of our early years staff the option to undertake our Emergency Paediatric First Aid course – a compulsory requirement for those working in nursery settings.

Other School Roles
We know that schools don’t just need help in the classroom which is why we also recruit for a number of non-teaching roles including school caretakers, administrators, science technicians, cleaners, kitchen staff, lunchtime supervisors, exam invigilators, and more! Find more about our non-teaching roles and our registration process.
Residential Roles
It’s not just schools we work with, we also work with a number of children’s residential care homes, respite Centre’s and supported living facilities in the UK. We can find work for support workers, deputy managers and registered managers. Learn more about our residential division here.
